(2)007 - the world is not enough

Casino hotels, innovative concepts in the budget hotel segment and emerging markets in Eastern Europe were on the agenda of hotelforum 2007. The latest hotel concepts were presented during the project showcases and the hotel property award 2007 was granted to Schloss Elmau. Furthermore, the hospitality innovation award, initiated by PKF hotelexperts, was granted for the first time. Award winner was Carlo Petrini, founder and international president of the Slow Food Movement.
