Conference Language
English will be the official language of the conference. There is no simultaneous translation.

Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participation only if payment has been made before the event. The registration fee per person for this event including conference documents, lunch, drinks during breaks and evening programme plus 19% VAT is due after receipt of invoice. Registered attendants may select a substitute free of charge. The organizer reserves the right to alter the programme where absolutely necessary.

Cancellation
Cancellation and transfer to colleagues must be made in writing. Transfer to colleagues is possible at any time. 80% refund will apply if cancellation notice is received by 31 August 2009. We regret no refunds are possible for cancellations received thereafter.

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
